Victoria is a safeguarding and pastoral care expert, with extensive experience in leading safeguarding, attendance and behaviour both operationally and strategically across schools and academies, Multi Academy Trusts and works closely with statutory and non-statutory agencies including charities and CICs.

A collaborative and supportive practitioner with a particular interest in rapid school improvement within Safeguarding, Behaviour and Attendance.
