Victoria Raynor is an experienced safeguarding consultant with extensive expertise in safeguarding leadership, policy development, training, and strategic school improvement. A highly experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), she has worked across a wide range of educational settings supporting schools and trusts to strengthen safeguarding culture, compliance, and practice.

Victoria is the former Head of Safeguarding for a Multi Academy Trust, where she led safeguarding strategy and operational practice across multiple schools. She works with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the country, advising senior leaders and governance teams on safeguarding frameworks, safer culture, inspection readiness, and safeguarding leadership.

She also co-developed the Advanced Safeguarding Leadership Programme in partnership with ASCL (Association of School and College Leadership), which supports senior leaders in developing high-level safeguarding expertise and strategic oversight.

Alongside her UK safeguarding work, Victoria is the Global Safeguarding Partner for Leading Your International School, supporting international schools in developing effective safeguarding practice within diverse educational contexts.
